WHO HAS ACCES TO YOUR DATA?
Reinvented by AnneN retains the right to store information and use it to fulfill your order.
Your data will never be passed on, sold or exchanged outside Reinvented by AnneN for marketing purposes. Information passed on to third parties is only used to provide you our services. What kind of categories of third parties can be found below under each specific process.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING?
For each specific processing of personal data that we collect from you, we will inform you whether the provision of personal data is statutory or required to conclude an agreement and whether it is an obligation to provide the personal data and the possible consequences if you choose not to.

Right of access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time. You can contact Reinvented by AnneN who will provide you with your personal details by e-mail.
Right to portability:
When Reinvented by AnneN processes your personal data by automated means on the basis of your consent or on the basis of an agreement, you have the right to transfer a copy of your data to you or to another party in a structured, commonly used and digitally readable format. This only applies to the personal data you have submitted to us.
Right to correction:
You have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal information corrected.

Right to deletion:
You have the right to delete personal data processed by Reinvented by AnneN at any time, except in the following situations
* you have an ongoing matter with Customer Service
* you have an open order that has not yet or only partially been shipped
* you have an outstanding debt with Reinvented by AnneN, regardless of the payment method
* if you have misused or are suspected of abusing our services in the past four years
* your debt was sold to a third party in the past three years or one year for deceased customers
* your credit application has been rejected in the last three months
* if you have made a purchase, we will keep your personal data related to your transaction for the accounting rules.

Right to restriction:
You have the right to request that Reinvented by AnneN restrict the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:
* if you object to processing based on Reinvented by AnneN's legitimate interest, Reinvented by AnneN restricts all processing of such data pending verification of legitimate interest.
* if you claim that your personal data is incorrect, Reinvented by AnneN must restrict any processing of such data pending the verification of the correctness of the personal data.
* if the processing is unlawful, you can oppose the deletion of your personal data and request the restriction of the use of your personal data instead
* if RE°invented no longer needs the personal data, but it is necessary for your defense against legal claims.

Right to submit a complaint with a supervisory authority:
If you believe that Reinvented by AnneN is processing your personal data incorrectly, you can contact us. You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may do so in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. In Belgium, you can submit a complaint to the Authority for the protection of personal data (Privacy Commission), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel (commission@privacycommission.be),https://www.privacycommission.be/nl/contact.
Updates to our privacy statement: We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

RETENTION OF YOUR DATA AND DELETION

Your personal data will be retained for a period of maximum 2 years and will not be kept for longer than is necessary for a specific purpose

In the event you withdraw your consent or you object to our use of your personal data, and such objection is successful, we will remove your personal data from our databases. Please note that we will retain the personal data necessary to ensure your preferences are respected in the future.

The foregoing will, however, not prevent us from retaining any personal data if this is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, in order to file a legal claim or defend ourselves against a legal claim, or for evidential purposes.
