HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept Paypal, credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact and Klarna.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
** Reinvented by AnneN BV reserves every right to use a third party to effect the transfer of payments. In case of delayed payment, Reinvented by AnneN BVcan use a collection agency and all the provided personal data necessary for the payment can be transferred. In this case, the payment process is only complete if the payment as stipulated by the third party has been fully payed, so that this party can transfer the money to Reinvented by AnneN BV.
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
If you receive an email asking you to provide us with your credit card details or similar details, please note that this email was not sent by Reinvented by AnneN BV. Reinvented by AnneN BV only asks you to provide your details in response to your questions by e-mail or telephone or in case of uncertainty about an order. We will never ask you to provide your bank details via email. Do not respond to such requests. When we ask you to provide personal information in an email, we always ask you to contact us by phone (+32486163339) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will never ask you to respond via a link.
If you ever receive an email asking you to provide specific personal information through a link, please do not respond or click the link, delete the email immediately.

HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
The price of the goods is be the price listed on the website on the date of the acceptance of your order. The prices displayed are inclusive of all charges for VAT.
For countries in the EU, all products are subject to Belgium VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the web store.
International orders are subject to any custom fees charged by the government of the destination country. Reinvented by AnneN BV has no control or responsibility for any charges applied by the destination country.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID?
By placing an order you indicate that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card you use and that you have sufficient means to pay the costs of the ordered goods or services. It is your duty to notify us of any change to this information. This does not change the rights you have as a consumer.
By confirming the online order, the customer enters into a binding agreement to a sales contract that is a contract for material and work delivered.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order is ready to be shipped. There you will also find a link to track your order online.
If you need help, you can always contact RE°invented via email, telephone and / or social media.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amendments to your order once it has been placed. In this case, if you do not want your item, you will have to adhere to our returns policy.
The customer is responsible for the payment of the estimated shipping costs. The shipping cost varies according to the weight of the ordered goods and the delivery address. This is calculated during the buying process. We assure you that we are looking for the most reliable and economical solution for the delivery of your order. We charge bpost shipping costs.
HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Confirmed orders for goods are - when payment has been confirmed - shipped within 3 to 5 days. The goods must be delivered within 28 days at the latest, but we do our best to do this faster.
We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holidays. Every order placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, Saturday, Sunday or national holidays will be processed on the following working day. We can’t be held responsible for any delay due to the weather, mistakes from the delivery service or due to customs delays.
The above does not apply for custom made orders or pre-orders. These orders are subjected to the agreed terms.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package, it will be sent to your nearest post office.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via Standard Postal Service, using bpost. On their website you can track your order using your tracking reference number which will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
A product can be exchanged or refunded if it is returned without any damage, without being worn, in its original packaging with the hangtag still attached. This must be done within 14 calendar days (21 calendar days for international orders). Send an email to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund. Returns without notice may not be processed in a timely manner. The return is the responsibility and at the expense of the customer. The costs for the return shipments are not reimbursed by Reinvented by AnneN BV and are the responsibility of the customer himself. The return of returned goods is done in the same way as the method used for online ordering. Please note that the cost to send the exchanged product will be charged again. These costs are always communicated to you before we ship again. We recommend using an authorized postal office or courier service to ship the item back to us. Please remember to ask the postal office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. You will need to return any unwanted items at your own cost. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that we are unable to accept returns via post for any items purchased in-store.
Please note that it's not possible to exchange an item for another item, because every item is exclusive.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Custom made products or the services offered within the framework of bespoke tailoring are handled via email or a visit to my studio or a visit by me to the customer. After confirmation by the two parties (the customer and Reinvented by AnneN BV), no return or exchange is possible. In this case, no money will be refunded.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Assuming that the returns policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be refunded within 14 days after the day I was informed about the use of the right of withdrawal. The refund will be carried out by means of the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
No additional fee will be charged for the refund.
Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please note that we give all the information about defects and/or damage on an item. You can find these in the description of the item. At the moment you buy an item you are aware of the defects and condition because it is mentioned on the product page. Therefore it is not possible to return an item because of a defect or damage that is mentioned on the product page. By placing your order you agree with the condition of the item as mentioned on the product page. In case of a defect that is not mentioned on the product page, Reinvented by AnneN BV will pay all shipping costs. The customer is obliged to choose a shipping method that does not cause unnecessary costs. The shipping costs will be refunded after the fact or transferred in advance, as desired by the customer. The customer is entitled to this warranty of goods. If the customer is a company, it is his responsibility to check the delivered goods immediately and to contact Reinvented by AnneN BV if there are any problems with the goods. If no contact is made, it is assumed that the goods have been checked and that there are no problems.
All items are quality checked before dispatching. The customer is required to examine the products accurately on their conformity as soon as he receives the products. If the product is affected by a visible defect that was not mentioned on the product page, and the receiver perceives this defect, he must submit a complaint.
If the customer receives an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, the customer has to email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing the order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. After 48 hours, the item will fall within the 14-day returns policy.
Once we receive the return request we will agree a credit and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Always wash the textile cold or max. 30 ° C. Read and follow the care label. If the defect was caused by poor care, no return is required. You can be held liable for the depreciation of the goods as a result of handling the goods that goes beyond what was necessary to establish the proper functioning of the goods.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control we can perform.
We will be responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of our breach of this Shipping and Return Policy (or the contract) or as a result of our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or negligence or if it is contemplated by you and us when the contract is created. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
Nothing in this Shipping and Return Policy seeks to exclude or limit your legal rights as a customer.
These Terms of Sale shall be governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with Belgian law. All offers and Sales Contracts are governed exclusively by Belgian law. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
In the event of any dispute regarding the execution or interpretation of this Shipping and Return Policy, we will do everything in our power to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute may be submitted to an arbitration and mediation center.
As a customer, you can also submit a dispute regarding the Shipping and Return Policy to an independent dispute resolution body.
